正在设计一款游戏。

在一款多人游戏中，只要能吸引到一名女性玩家，就相当于吸引到四名男性玩家。

我想听听朋友们的意见，来帮忙选择作战双方的称呼。

这是一款益智游戏。虽然游戏规则很适合用警匪作战来描述，但并不考察玩家反应速度或者操作技巧，而是良好的判断能力。

由于益智的规则是游戏本质，就像下象棋，角色和主题都不重要。就连对双方的称呼都与规则没有丝毫关系。头像是自己上传的图片，与称呼亦无关系。但必须要有一个起码的称呼以区分作战的两方。

即使是两个字母，也至少要说“我是A方，我是B方”。

即使是两种颜色，也只要像下棋一样说“我是黑方，我是红方”。

于是，为了老少咸宜，男欢女乐，我们有以下几种提议:

我想粗谈阿姆斯特丹，因为我刚从那里回来。

Hyson和我从巴黎出发，一起到了阿姆斯特丹。

那是一个美丽，性感的城市。人们在桥头叫卖粉红色羽毛的手铐，鲜花编织的鞭子，鸽子在旁边咕咕求偶，乐此不疲。

Hyson漂亮华丽的朋友们来迎接了。

Hyson稀里哗啦的荷兰语迸射在她们脸上。阳光下的河里，绿头鸭们在围攻海鸥，泛起闪闪的银光。

法式魅力果然很大，即使是法式的荷兰语，法式的荷兰吻。

金发小妞们像一串银铃般，边响边随风扑飞上来。因为这些朋友穿得比较多，以至于与橱窗里的姑娘很不同，不是用顺时针扭和逆时针扭那么简单的词儿就能形容。

Tu vas bien ? Comment vont-ils tes parents ? Je suis ravie d'avoir reçu ta nouvelle. Ca faisait un moment de cauchemar, un cauchemar qui dure dans mon rêve sans arrêt, depuis ma reconnaissance lointaine des mélodies de la chanson « The day you went away ».

Y'avait des destinations simples dans la vie qu'on a déjà vues ensemble. On avait et on a tous envie d'y arriver. Ce que j'ai pu te dire et te promettre c'est toujours quelque chose d'éternel. Mais comme tu m'as beaucoup parlé de la maturité et la responsabilité d'une femme idéale, je dois malheureusement poursuivre un entraînement intensif à Tokyo. Mais là-dessus, je n'y pige encore pas trop et ça ne s'avance pas assez vite.

Y'avait aussi des histoires à la folie pendant mon séjour à Paris que je n'ai pas pu te raconter. Y’a toujours des mecs et des nanas dans la vie qui sont des pros des contes de fées et c'est pour ça qu'on a subi une grave hémorragie d'amour et en même temps en a profité, n'est-ce pas ?

多线程分析和处理问题能力其实是一种人类演化到高级阶段所具备的能力，每个人都有这样的能力，典型见于各种行业中扮演重要领导角色的人们。

然而多线程的使用者本身常常得不到最好的快感。近来有一种风气，在每个国家都有这样的情况（程度不同）：那就是人们争抢着去使自己具备多线程素质，而忽略了根本目的所在。这种忽略就是人们身心疲惫，常常失去方向的一大原因。

我建议：常常把自己从多线程解放出来，回到单线程，直到零线程，就可以最大程度地放松自我，找到最美的快感。

鉴于零线程无法分析问题，下面的分析采用单线程方式：

我一直想举例说明一种十分重要的快感，暂命名为“由极度放松和相爱引起的零线程潜意识误解快感”。最简单的例子发生在我身上:

共鸣常常会带来惨痛后果。曾经有科学家说量子力学是现代物理最接近易经的学科，后来他自杀了。在我现在看来，不应用量子物理带来的损失，比不应用西方经济学仍然要大得多。两者不是接近，而是都用了同样的明晰手段去解释模糊混乱的问题，使世界和人生变得有规律可循。为自己乃至人类更好地繁衍生息做出贡献。

科技的日新月异，思想(并非思潮或文化)的层出不穷，给人们究竟带来了多少快感？人们的接受能力受到社会性的极大牵制。从电话标准的统一到语言甚至口号的协调，从电信运营商的整合到奥运精神的东扩，多少人的物质利益受到了严重侵害？多少人的精神被严重腐蚀？

人迷茫点有以下几大类：没有了快感，我会更善良吗？没有了财产，我会有身价吗？没有了微笑，我的心会更暖吗？没有了躯壳，我的精神会更纯粹吗？没有了你，我会爱吗？没有了个性，我还存在吗？

我听到一个跟我很像的声音说: 亲爱的，如果你不识乐谱也没有学过模电(或类似物)和易经，请不要试图了解什么，明白什么道理。你们要做积极的事情，美好的事情，有用的事情。勤劳是非充分亦非必要的工具，仔细是必要工具，纯洁是目标。

I have been in France for more than a year by now. And during one year I have engaged myself to the endless classes at school, to be a good student.

Forgive me for this late hello that I now bring you. Being a student in France who is suffering from extremely advanced mathematics and automatics studies, I feel almost separated from the telecom industry. This is the reason why I hesitate to write a letter to you to discuss with you, as well as any other experts in our industry.

However, my strong feeling of identity as a telecom person has never diminished. That’s why I always think of you, my dear teachers, and the wonderful time we spent together in China Netcom.

To tell the truth, it was in China Netcom that I began to focus my real career interest to the industry. It is the telecom industry. And working in a telecom operator gave me the broadest vision to look at this industry, even to manipulate it!

The meetings and conferences that I participated in were, in particular, a fruitful experience. This is the best part of my internship in China Netcom because I am a conference person and I did speak a lot for China Netcom during the conferences in “Friendship Hotel” (especially with Doctor ZHANG Zhen). :-)

To tell more truth, I did not completely focus myself in the work in China Netcom because I was busy preparing for my application for France. That is why you could notice I had so many days if absence for doing many affaires out of work. For this, I now sincerely apologize to you, hoping you can understand me.

I always ask ZHANG Xi about the current situation of you two teachers and I heard that he is becoming such a busy expert. I am so proud of him. I think you are also willing to be informed about my studies and life a little bit. What’s more, I promised you, Mis. Huang, to tell you more about France to prepare a better future for your son!

I am now studying in a top engineering school. There are two types of engineering school in France. The one that is specialized in a certain industry, and the one that is training very well-rounded people, which means you have to learn everything in the engineering world. The second type is better than the first type in France and students are trained to be the future directors and managers. My school is the second type. So I have to learn automatics, information system, telecom, energy…

Because my school is one of the best engineering schools, every subject here is much more difficult than other schools and every subject is more deeply studied even than the schools which are specialized in one domain.

Every student in my school is very well-educated and they study very hard (much more hard-working than BUPT students).

Life here is busy and peaceful. I have no time to travel around but I can always enjoy the beautiful sunshine at the place where I live. We can learn a lot in such a quiet environment.

Now I am working in the second largest mobile operator in France called “SFR”, which is the member of “Vodafone” in France. It owns the largest 3G network and the biggest number of subscribers in France. This is an internship during one year (from this month to August 2008). And after this internship I still have half a year’s study at school.

Everyday I discuss with all the manufacturers of mobile phones (Nokia, Huawei, Alcatel, Samsung, ZTE, Sony-Ericsson, LG…) in the conferences to decide the technical characteristics of new mobile phones coming to the market and I develop information solutions for marketing and strategy.

Working in the best CBD in Europe, I can enjoy the beautiful city of Paris by looking out of my window. I feel content of life.

Sometimes I take a walk by the river Seine, while my heart is totally peaceful. This feels great. But I am not a person who can stop fighting and enjoy the tranquil life. I still need some passion to prove that I can change a grand network; I can change billions of people’s life, like in China Netcom.

I really miss you, my dear teachers. My passion for telecom has started again in my new internship in Paris, and never ends.

得知某国总理去世，我一下午都在踟蹰。接着后来几夜没睡好。

我不安得根本没有道理，至今, 我更多关心的是Mr. TOTEL那双种族歧视的蓝眼睛，而不是远在旧金山的方以伟及他的的亚洲周刊---我和他日后应该并无瓜葛。换句话说, 我无力顾及关于美国媒体是否会被控制的话题。

为什么? 在接近白炽时，我仍是个白痴。我的力量仍然很微弱，这让我很着急，很兴奋。

澄清一下，我还在法国搞工程学，主要是掌握一些思维方法，活跃脑子。但不久前我已经放出话, 要渐渐跻身媒体了。因为很多人不幸福，这个世界需要被改变，我是一个有力量改变世界的人。

大部分人们都是很恶俗地去被动接受能引起他们共鸣的思想，灵感或是经验。贵为天子或者国父的大爷们，先人们, 思想家们，哲学家们，作家们，各种伪装情商高的名人们，尤其是艺术家们，灵感都是多多的，甚至是泛滥的。人们时而引用名人的一句话作为自己的价值取向指导，时而惊艳于成功人士的某些举动，而唏嘘不已并试着效仿。他们从来无法验证这些言论或者行为是否幼稚，是否真的会让他们靠近幸福。

我很讲求方法，不好的方法根本不会有效果。经过广泛咨询和求教，我在实现上分为两步：

第一步：我要把关于技术的细腻灵感和关于生命的宏伟灵感融合，用文化而不是政治从深层次改变世界，引导正确的社会思潮，给人们带来前所未有的幸福。这仅仅是开端。

第二步：我要把人们的主观能动性调动起来，努力自己争做自己灵感的主要源泉，真正做到有准备，理智，有针对性地创造和经营幸福。

令人欣慰的是，六月二日，吉隆坡终于有了动静：新的启蒙运动将在本世纪二三十年代辉煌起来。

有些人很快就来攻击我，是否要采取焚书坑儒的手段了，是否要文革了，不是！我的革命第一步是“标榜”着民主和自由的非政治的文化解放运动，第二步是确确实实以民主和自由为本质的思想解放运动。

这是欧洲满街花瓣，花香四溢的季节。明媚的阳光下，我坐在静静的湖边积攒灵感。未来的日子里，我要利用好媒体和科技这两样工具多做贡献，有了我贡献的这一份力量：

1 人们会更有乐趣；
2 人们会更有爱心；
3 人们会更有勇气。

收拾电脑深处的文件夹时总会被déjà-vu搞得心动，因为这些久违的文件实在太经典了。这些温馨的，深邃的，动人的，杀气冲天的déjà-vu总是贯穿于我暗伏杀机的平淡生活中，起到了张晓龙的问候般的效果。我很满意。

忽略其导致癫痫病的副作用之后，这就是现在和未来的力量之源。用鲁迅的口吻来讲，这就是现在和未来的力量之源罢！

然而在天天叫喊”No more déjà-vu, please!”的Stanley同学那里，情况就大相径庭了。最近他开始质疑自己的一句有些年岁的口头禅：”When we jump out of the circle, we can see the bigger picture. ” 并不留情面地对这句话作出鉴定：纯属SB。

然而正是一句对今天没有指导意义的废话，惊现在我多年前稚嫩的演讲稿里，并作为déjà-vu的主要来源正在激励着我背上的汗毛。Stanley其实早就在2003年慈祥地提醒过我，这只是一种手段，在危难时刻创造一种机会，可以让别人陶醉于文化的déjà-vu中而自己能够挤入智者群中暂时躲避两秒钟，皆大欢喜。

Ladies and gentlemen,
I’m truly honored by the opportunity to stand before you on this special day, a day when I as an engineering student can express my special thoughts to all of you audience from a diversity of backgrounds.
Last October I participated in the Model United Nations Conference hosted by Chinese Foreign Ministry. I still remember vividly the scene when the reporter of Phoenix TV interviewed me after the conference. She asked: “As a student of telecommunications, why do you spend so much time and energy preparing for this political event?” I said: “To give myself an all-round education!” And the next morning, that reply became the headline of Beijing Daily, if not China Daily. It was entitled: “Science and engineering students seeking to be well-rounded.”
Yes, we want to be well-rounded because we are challenged. We engineering students take it for granted that technology is changing incredibly fast. We are thinking nervously and seriously whether our colleges are failing to provide a foundation in the skills currently needed in industry. Take my major telecommunications for example. Scientists say that 21st century is a biomedical time, not an electrical time. So the interdisciplinary exploitation serves as the critical part for our electric and electronics world to find new way of being.
Therefore, throughout the history of our university, researchers, educators, and students have been increasing connections among disciplines. We are proud of our REU program—Research Experiences for Undergraduates, which was established by the student union of our telecommunications school. We members are now doing a Cochlear Implants Project. In order to provide deaf people a hearing, we are trying to produce a bionic ear for these disabled. This artificial device incorporates electrical and electronics engineering, biomedical engineering, psychoacoustics and cognition science together. Through this project, we came to understand each other, we started to appreciate what we did not know, we managed to overcome differences, and we were motivated to travel in unexplored territory seeking new understandings of our world. In a word, we had witnessed the great power of knowledge collaboration. Students from different fields had regained their future opportunities because they know for sure that the interdisciplinary education is always there providing us with a broad stage to reach our full potential.
But the power of knowledge collaboration is not restricted to science and engineering. It is in the full community of learning. Walking around campus I absorbed a reality that there is a seamless web between students from different professional backgrounds. The engineering students are discussing animatedly in a philosophy lecture, speaking passionately in the public speaking club, and looking for sparkling ideas from learning history and arts. How wonderful that is! That, ladies and gentleman, is just a significant step forward to be well-rounded because once we jump out of the circle we can see the bigger picture.
Still in the Model United Nations, on the issue of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the agenda passed a motion to urge the UNESCO to spread a new kind of education called Science and Engineering Ethics to universities around the world, which is a 1-year’s course first developed by our REU program last year. From the birth of atomic bomb to the cloning of humans, from the increasingly popular campus suicide to the immergence of new and more harmful computer viruses that are made by our university students. By illustrating and analyzing these cases, the course will strike every scientist and engineer’s heart that we can never be well-rounded talents unless we are engaged in healthy psychology and high moral principle.
Still, after participating in various political and humanitarian activities, it is still my greatest pleasure to find inspiration in the lives of scientists and engineers, as they have insight that can be generalized to any area of life. Let me end my speech with the Nobel Prize winner Li Zhengdao’s words: “The realization of the perfect combination of science and engineering, science and arts, technology and humanity, is the greatest symbol of a university’s success.”

Nimes

Nimes is big enough for me. I mean there are lots of arcades, supermarkets and stuff in the uptown. Cars crowd everywhere in this old damp southern city of France.

Further more, there are lots of weirdoes and zombies in these southern regions who have been living during thousands of years since Chinese emperor tackled Turkish harassment for the 248th time. These inhabitants are called Nimois.

When you're in this moldy uptown, it's like this genre of life cannot excite you before it fulfils your exotic curiosity. I get pretty far out, even in the spring sunshine.

Apparently I ain't acquaintanted with the routes. I've got the mark somewhere but I won't tell you where it is because these folks are promenading too slowly and you can stare at their movements so conscientiously to figure out each of their destinations.

These zombies are folks who have just been hit with the fallout, probably from Uzbekistan or pretty much earlier from the ancient times.

Plus some 1000 years' brain damage from Greece and Italy, a lot of the toxins and germ warfare…

Oh boy, my neurotic mentality!

So the plague also, I can smell it but I cannot precise the location because it is fluid thus everywhere. I don't really know what is going erroneous. I just see these French residents I don't comprehend. Maybe it's like they have been genetically malformed or something. It's almost like they've all got some kind of weird disease.

Four euros' business could make them run around and go insane. Plus they don't speak properly they just slur like those Marseilais, but way less fasionable.

Alas! It's bizarre. It's twisted. And these creatures are surreal. I don't know what to call them in a scientific manner, but Nimois are very dangerous. Zombies are just a superstitious term for them. They are not actually whom you know from the culture propoganda. Dead people are walking around but Nimois may as well be exactly sorted in this category.

Anyway they are a threat when you're inside Europe. I mean spiritually, it's like you are going across the wastelands it's nothing but void, or empty dunes with desert, with burned out highways, whatever. And you hear the requiem even when you digest a kebab. Ironically the tourists do have the illusion that the Nimois are happy and everything is peaceful and dynamic. They just can't see the drifting devils because the spring sunshine is too bright; they just can't hear the roaring beasts because it is too noisy in the cafés; they just can't smell the rancide sludge and filth because it is the season of enormous land of lanvender flowers in Provence nearby.

I mean it is not their fault, after all.

And you can tell from the old street lights that you'd be getting close to somewhere different: you'll see this shabby kebab restaurant.

"I'm gonna offer you this plastic bag because you are his wife, hahahahaha!" the man laughed licentiously to my girl.

Wow man! This is hilarious: Now you are talking! His exotic logic makes me excited.

I am caught, I'd say, for the first time in Nimes. But this is a Turkish man, not a French, nor a Nimois. As a far-easterner, should I be proud or sorry before you? Gee, this person understands nothing about his turpitude nor his innocence. He runs a restaurant and he is a virgin of philosophy. That's all.

This city, I mean, this town is too old to be true.

Anyway I'd been humping for a couple of days in Nimes before I retrieved the reality. I mean I started to embrace the spring sunshine elsewhere.

(一)
在法国里昂上火车前，一个残疾人非常严肃地指着火车用法国南方口音跟我说：“你要上的火车是要用电的，所以这是电火车！每年都有很多人坐电火车！”
然后，他转向一个个踏上月台的人们，重复着同样的话。
别人都用鄙夷的微笑来回避他的眼睛，陆续上了车。
他回过头来盯着我：“他们以为我喝醉了，其实是他们不懂好的幽默！“
我严肃地说：“ 完全同意。” 登上了火车。
他坐在电动轮椅里向我用力挥手，渐逝在视线模糊的地方……我开始感动。

(二)
确定自己仍然纯粹或者搬着自己的脑袋向某一方面纯粹的最佳办法，就是一个人出去遛弯儿。这时候最应该让牛脑小爷们在家歇歇菜，否则一段天津相声，把浪漫气氛全毁了不说，还不时勾引来一箩筐自以为有修养的傻妞们，幻想着能流着口水就着星光坐在草地上听爷们儿几个吃饱了撑的用吉他伴奏唱英文歌。
北京的冬天，灰暗又阴冷的天，盖着堆满脏雪的地。黄昏时推开窗子，当嗅到一股淡淡的烧焦树叶味道时，那种令人心潮澎湃的力量吸引着我，这是一种大气，不是说不清，而是说清了要好几百年。哈哈，爷这就出去。
去雍和宫旁边的幽深的胡同里找到了那家新疆馆子，漂亮的维族女老板还是一个人在那里织毛衣。吃点串，喝两瓶酒，借啤酒的气打个饱嗝，直奔东直门去看电影。东方银座，老地方。东环影院，前天刚来过，还没出新片，那就再看一遍<<青红>>。这个放映厅只有我和一白种中年男人，丫坐在最前面, 回头望了我N多次。我在想你丫是不是找抽呢，看不懂就别来干瞪眼。
出来后，天已经完全黑下来了。然后去旁边的小商店搞一小瓶二锅头灌两口，搓着手，顺着鬼街走，这一段路颇长，几乎快到二环的时候吃个煎饼果子。说实话这家做的很难吃。为什么屡屡要吃？强迫症。
然后就一定要在这个路口打车，而且一定要去颐和园东路。下了车进了北大，往未名湖里扔片枯叶，对淹死在里面的所有除了名人的亡灵匆匆默哀两分半钟。
你们丫也有今天，怎么都隔儿逼着凉了？当时跟爷牛逼哄哄的……
然而我没有骂出来，只是叹着气，祝福着。这个角落黑得可怕。前方那片空旷的草地中央似乎有人在翩翩起舞，那姿态非常撩人，像两年前的夜里那样。我承认我仍有魅力，然而此时此刻正在做的事情不是凭借杀伤力去滥杀无辜，我在蜕去这层外衣，以便在毕业来临之际，作一回纯粹的北邮人。所以还是不去靠近。为了证明我的清白，我从包里掏出了眼镜戴上，绝然与圣罗兰早期设计风格不谋而合。让幻觉停滞在那里，被瑟瑟冷风冻结。
早点回到温暖的家里吧，跳舞的姑娘。别了。
夜很冷，晃到北大正门的天桥上，全是积雪，踩几脚，软得很！天桥那头，是一个瘦弱的影子，能想象她在漠然地俯视着下面来往的车辆。
我突然有冲动，就想冲她喊一句：“你丫不是说要跳下去么？”
呵呵。那不是你，那里谁都没有。这时的我很邪恶，很想回到那个时候把你推倒在地，再抓起一堆雪塞进你的脖子让你清醒过来！然后扬长而去。
可是当时我把你丫抱那么紧，却一点感情都没有动。纯粹是人的本能，一种对生命的保护，就像有时候把垂死的苍蝇用蝇拍轻轻捧起，扔向窗外。我把你最终成功塞进出租车里。
已是半夜了，人就像冰一样。在你被我塞进车的那一刻，我想对这些可爱可憎可怜的人说：“还我体温！”
我回去了，去一个能找到爱尔兰啤酒Guinness的地方----印象中总能把温暖的灯光，光头设计师，黑啤酒和活蹦乱跳，戴着钢牙的小姑娘联系起来。这倒不错。虽然幼稚了点，倒也不失为早期比较纯粹的一种状态。

(三)
又是一个夜晚，在地中海旁的度假村里，我独自踱步在小桥上，像所有童话故事的作者一样，狂妄地幻想把所有纯粹的爱都砸到一个浪漫的二人世界，然后生活就臻于圆满，世界就永远美丽。
每每与前辈们交流起成功的人生到底应该达到什么样的境界，都感到不管是之前还是现在，我太年轻，太天真，太浮躁。有一点是确定的，我依然要在精神世界不断追求纯粹，我要用生命写一本美丽的童话，谁都超越不了这种纯粹，给你。

《金刚经》写于两千多年前，因为那时的物理和化学远没有今天这样发达，更多是观心，其实反观和观天是一回事，现在物理都发展到这个地步了，我就拿物理这个利器追本溯源，这是把非常锃亮的刀子。有的作家还从传统中找灵感，太他妈贫乏了，从传统中找就是传统的奴隶，你能不能从科学里找? 一些科普著作非常好，连历史和人的本质都用清晰的语言描述得非常清楚了。

友情感谢人民盖把世界观问题从理性主义中独立出来。

很多人比我想象的还要酷很多，他们振振有词，只要愿意，世界首富马上就能当, 并给出一系列可行的商业模式。没钱时，随便几个朋友的资助钱就能一下把他埋了。当然那是文艺青年，不是工程师，不是企业家，更不是政客。

我于2005年和几个黑道上的小朋友租用过某大网站的语音视频聊天室，作为对"中国IT产业新泡沫的多元化"这一观点进行的小试验。开始果然十分好玩，收入火爆，成员遍及全国。后来由于Marketing没跟上，一个月内，人气大减，游戏结束。大赦天下，各携小款，不了了之。东亚的学英语狂潮，加上IT产业不断泛起的小泡沫，原来只是一种理论上的分析，就像文艺青年嘴里叫嚣的一样。那些形形色色资本原始积累的引子，只能用来给别人励志，不能用来说服自己。即使在微小的成功面前，也不应总结什么太多的理论用来自欺欺人。要谦虚掌握的是具体方法，法国人说成是"Gestion de Projet"，不是"Gestion de Succes"。

用现成的东西(经验，资本)总是一开始容易些，后来曲折些。革命总是要经历一个反复过程，不管它纯粹与否。常常出现这样的尴尬:当某IT企业家把工程师，精算师等等相关的人聚拢时，机遇却消失了。在一种反复的过程中，现有资本和经验带来的作用，总是利弊抵消的。别人的经验这些东西不是学了没用，而是用了不如不用。不能太累，不断燃烧的激情才重要，永恒于心的温存才重要，怕什么？缺什么？人生需尽欢，尽享天伦之乐。反正如果你的血液总是鲜活的，理性主义让你"广义上的利益"最大化，你总是会被钱埋，被温暖的人情埋。

This beginning of the piggy year seems very difficult for many of my friends and relatives. From the funding problems in the US to the career problems in Beijing, from the health problems in Vancouver to the “bye forever” problems in Brest, people are desperately searching for a breath in this polluted world.

Fortunately I am not in the list of those real unlucky dogs. Yet I struggle to make a living by distracting my attention from controlling the world by information technology to coping with some hyper important but tough issues inside my family. The fine part is: I already have a clue of how to make small progress in the domain of spirituality.

Zheng had quitted China Radio International to go to Phoenix in Hong Kong since one year ago, but yesterday he called me to update that he had returned to BTV in Beijing which is better in terms of payment. BTV! That reminds me of something long forgotten, sweet but not vivid. Hey finally! I have gotten no need for the memory. It’s a peaceful world without CCTV, without the lake in Tsinghua, without candies.

Another Zheng, still lingering in Hong Kong, has recognized his miserable identity of “nobody”. IT engineering entrepreneur? Better go along with flowing money. As Tang said, he who has big money is your uncle.

小时候虽然恃才放旷, 但仍被父亲的才华横溢所震慑，不敢胡作非为。在有限的艺术空间里，经常受到高人指引或熏陶：比如各种名贵热带鱼的种类，各种幼鸟的饲养方法，从文学书法到音乐再到做生意。5岁的我感到了宇宙的无限，与现在比较，也算一个非常有修养的男人。

　　80年代末，小学数学书太枯燥，父亲带我去新华书店买了适合我的那本保留到现在还有很多题没做但是带给我重要影响的趣味数学。在北大街。要路过一个周末去大姑家都要过的北关火车道。朝气蓬勃的孩子们和微笑大方的营业员带给我儿时社会主义的温暖，甚至持续到现在。

Sir,

I am struggling to make myself less emotional in order to be able to type these words to you, with my fingers trembling, with tears in my eyes. With endless sorry and undying sorrow, I am asking to leave here, France Telecom, a place which has given me so much joy, so many precious moments, and sparkling ideas; a place where so many of my dear friends are encouraging me and motivating me everyday; a place where I came to know what innovation is all about; a place which has taught me how to be a real bright person; most important of all, a place which is just a perfect glorious stage to pour out all my limited personal talents, yet by the rapid realization of my capabilities and with all the stunning achievements and progress that I have made here, all of which seems unlimited.

Yes, I know illness is not the overwhelming devil that is going to end my personal career, to drive me away from my professional dream. Les Poupées Russes

Réalisé en 2005, le film « Les Poupées Russes » est même plus sympa, dont le sous-titre est 5 ans plus tard. On y retrouve les personnages du film « L’auberge Espagnole » 5 ans après.

Sans suivre un ordre, j'ai vu ce hyper beau film il y a 1 an avant « l'auberge espagnole ». Un an après, aujourd’hui, ce texte du film fait réfléchir encore de plus en plus:

Dans le train, Xavier:

« J’ai repensé à toutes les filles que j'avais connues, avec qui j'avais couchées ou même que j'avais seulement désirées. Je me suis dit qu'elles étaient comme des poupées russes.

On passa sa vie entière à jouer à ce jeu là. On est curieux de savoir qui sera la dernière, la toute petite qui était cachée depuis le début dans toutes les autres. On ne peut pas l'attraper directement, on est obliger de suivre le cheminement. Il faut les ouvrir l'une après l'autre en se demandant à chaque fois.

Est-ce que c'est elle la dernière? »

Voici des commentaires (modifiés) là-dessus :

« Si « l’auberge espagnole » nous montrait un peu plus une formidable histoire d’amitié transeuropéenne, le second film se concentre sur Xavier et ses déboires amoureux. Si le premier film nous montre l’épanouissement et le passage de l’ado coincé à l’adulte bien dans ses baskets, le second film nous place dans la situation des trentenaires qui doivent faire des choix qui vont déterminer toute leur vie. »

«« Les Poupées russes » est plus profond que son prédécesseur. Si le premier prônait l'amitié, la deuxième traite de l'amour et du "bordel" que cela génère dans chacun de nous. Bordel qui se retrouve par ailleurs dans la construction du film, véritable puzzle scénaristique, mais qui lui donne une atmosphère folklorique, et quasi slave, grâce à une Bande Originale festive et réussie. Cette ambiance volontairement désordonnée donnée par Cédric Klapisch ressemblant au vrac intérieur de Xavier, vient contrebalancer avec la recherche de l'universalité des sentiments amoureux, des regards qui en disent long, des doigts qui s'effleurent douze secondes mais qui donnent un sentiment d'éternité. »

L'Auberge Espagnole

Généralement, l’Auberge Espagnole est un film très sympa. Ce qui me botte, c’est la description de la vie universitaire à l’étranger, qui convient parfaitement à ma propre expérience. Dans ce film, l’expérience d’Xavier a été complètement foutue. Par exemple : il a paumé sa petite amie en France malgré qu’il en ait et qu’il en ait bavé ; en même temps il a dragué une autre nana mariée qui était beaucoup plus âgée que lui. Même si l’histoire est le vrai bordel, l’Auberge Espagnole peux faire piger ses spectateurs une attitude vachement positive, ça veut dire que les nouveaux européens qui bougent beaucoup aujourd’hui , rencontrent tous les jours les problèmes d’adaptation culturelles, linguistiques, morales, sentimentales, familiales, etc. Pourtant, bien évidemment, le film nous montre que tout le monde va s’accrocher et bien s’éclater dans un nouvel environnement, malgré les difficultés originaires de ses propres moyens et préjuges contre les uns et les autres. Pour mieux vivre, il va falloir paumer des trucs traditionnels, sans être trop coincé, s’habituer à la mode un peu plus rock ‘n roll, s’en faire baver, etc. D’après le film, la libération de la pensée et de la mentalité de ces jeunes gens a une tendance de bien permettre l’inexistence de la manière de connerie partout en Europe.

以一位我的杰出朋友作砝码，我真诚地从骨头里认为 :

之所以从骨头里，是因为烤羊腿比奶酪含有的致癌物质多，燕京比CIDRE苦得多。所以很简单的几句问候我妈的话，常常会得到一辈子感激和崇敬。奇怪的是 : 第一, 从SHANNON定理上讲，我妈并不NB；第二，我妈是女性，傅里叶变换有很大困难。因为关心不NB的女人而成为超级NB的男人。因为关注很小的原子而可以把大和人打得屁滚尿流。人鄙视动物的根本原因就在于人和人之间更有感情。

Mon exposé: La pensée chinoise

Ayant rencontré un professeur de l’Université Bretagne Ouest qui était un chercheur en histoire de Bretagne et sa culture, j’avais un coup de curiosité, en croyant que sa façon de décrire une culture a été très unique, ou bien exotique. J’ai donc décidé de décrire ma propre origine de culture différemment en commençant à lire tant d’articles des sinologues français et américains, et bien évidemment, j’en profite beaucoup. C’est pour cela que j’ai joué un rôle comme un collecteur des informations sur l’essentiel de la philosophie chinoise et les idées des chercheurs français, les idées des artistes et des politiques, etc. Enfin j’ai fait un exposé sur la comparaison entre la pensée chinoise et la pensée française le 7 novembre.

Chers amis, bonjour,

Le sujet de mon exposé est : la comparaison entre la pensée chinoise et la pensée française.

Comme tous les étrangers de l’extrême orient ici à SUPELEC, quand on parle la belle langue française ici en France, on essai de perdre presque toutes les pensées de nos propres cultures. On a peur de rencontrer des trucs confondus. On essai de changer complètement de sa façon de pensée. Egalement, tout un coup, quand on passe de la pensée française à la pensée chinoise, il y aussi a un très très grand changement. Parfois c’est choquant. Ça ne veut pas dire que la pensée chinoise soit si différente de la pensée française, mais c'est qu’au départ les deux pensées sont INDIFFERENT l'une à l'autre. Indifférentes : ça veut dire qu’elles ne se connaissent pas, elles s'ignorent. Et donc la difficulté c'est de faire qu'elles se rencontrent, de faire en sorte qu'on puisse les comparer, puisque au départ, si vous voulez, il n'y a pas de cadre commun dans lequel je puisse ranger la pensée chinoise et la pensée française. Ce n'est pas sur la même page. Je ne peux pas diviser la page en deux et dire : d'un côté la Chine, de l'autre côté la france. Ce n’est pas une histoire commune, il n'y a pas de cadre linguistique commun non plus.

Je vous présente trois caractéristiques de la pensée chinoise, et je vais comparer chaque caractéristique par rapport à la pensée française, ou philosophiquement, la pensée grecque, qui est la pensée originale de toute l’Europe.

Premièrement, on commence par la langue, dès que vous apprennez le chinois, même le plus élémentaire, quand vous dite par exemple : " Qu’est-ce que c'est que cette chose ? ", zhe shi shenme dongxi(东西),vous dites : " Qu'est-ce que c'est que cet est-ouest ? ". Et ça, tu peux trouver, philosophiquement, c'est fantastique. Puisque, pour les français, " chose ", c'est un terme individualisant. " Chose ", " cause ", c'est un terme isolant. Alors que pour dire la même chose, en chinois, et dans le chinois d'aujourd'hui, pas le chinois classique des philosophes qui est plus intéressant mais très compliquée d’expliquer ici pour vous, les étrangers, ok, justement vous dites : " Qu’est-ce que c'est cet est-ouest ? ". Vous dites une relation. La pensée chinoise est une pensée essentiellement relationnelle. Pour dire paysage, on dit « montagne et eau », shanshui 山水ou « montagne et gorge », shanchuan 山川.

Donc cette idée, au fond, est très intéressante, c’est à dire que la pensée chinoise est largement différente de la pensée française, ou plutôt la pensée grecque. C’est une intuition que très tôt la langue chinoise nous donne et puis confirme dans notre apprentissage. Parce qu’en philosophie française, comme partout aujourd’hui dans les livres sur la philosophie, il y a des cadres: une philosophie politique, une philosophie morale, et puis une philosophie de telle ou telle époque, etc. Pourtant, vous pouvez trouver que nous, les chinois souhaitons un usage libre de la philosophie, donc non limité : étant un chinois, j'ai toujours le sentiment de trouver une sorte de marge de manœuvre philosophique. Les chinois sont les croyants de l’ensemble mais les français sont les analyseurs de chaque aspect de la vie. Les français ont des goûts les des dégoûts. Mais les chinois acceptent tous, pendant beaucoup de siècles, la chine est devenue de plus en plus grande. Je suis né a Xi’an, l’ancienne capitale de la chine pendant 2000 ans. Donc notamment je suis un chinois pur et dur, comme la plupart de mes amis chinois, tout m'intéresse dans la philosophie à partir de la Chine parce que tout est concerné.

Puis deuxièmement, un des aspects essentiels de la pensée chinoise classique, c'est la pensée par polarités. C'est très intéressant parce que la pensée française par rapport à ça elle paraît très isolante ou je dirais, monopolisante. Les français ont pensé l'être, ils ont pensé l'atome, ils ont pensé Dieu, donc des instances isolées, alors que la pensée chinoise, elle, pense par relations, c'est à dire par polarités : chaud et froid, haut et bas, ciel et terre, yin et yang, etc. Et donc toujours par un couplage. Qu'est-ce que c'est qu'une polarité ? C'est quand on a à la fois des termes opposés et complémentaires, donc une interaction. Et c'est pour ça que la pensée chinoise pense en termes de processus. Processus par interaction, entre deux pôles, on est le croyant du processus et on s’en profite beaucoup. Par exemple dans l’informatique ou système numérique, on a 1 et 0, c’est super sympa de penser que c’est sont les chinois qui ont inventé l’informatique moderne, et le processus c’est comme le compilateur de JAVA qu’on a vu aux cours à SUPELEC.

Troisièmement, je crois que c’est un truc le plus compliqué. Il n'y a qu'un seul ordre de réalité, à différents niveaux. Cet ordre commun de la réalité, comme tous les chinois le savent, c'est ce qu'on appelle Qi : souffle, énergie. Soit l'énergie, disons, comme j’ai trouvé dans le dictionnaire, coagule, se rigidifie, se densifie. Soit elle s'anime, elle reste fluide, communicante, ça forme l'esprit. Vous n'avez pas cette sorte de clivage initial, radical, entre un monde de la chose, du concret, et puis un monde de l'esprit, du spirituel, ou de l'intelligible. C’est très très compliqué. Mais il suffit de voir la peinture chinoise. La peinture chinoise est une façon d'exprimer du spirituel à travers du concret. Il n’y pas de façon symbolique, y’a pas une autre idée, pas comme dans la tradition du symbolisme européen, ce n'est pas sur un mode symbolique comme les arts français. C'est ça les oppositions chinoises – décanté, animé et qui est le spirituel. Donc je crois qu’effectivement il y a cette idée essentielle d'une pensée qui est super, qui ne passe pas par la grande rupture métaphysique qui a été une des tensions fortes de la philosophie. C’est difficile pour les français mais c’est normal aux yeux des chinois et très bien apprécié par toutes les générations.

En développant mon exposé, je voudrais parler un peu de la relation franco-chinoise sur le plan de la pensée. Je veux dire que même si la pensée chinoise n’as rien à voir avec la pensée française, les français sont aussi de très grand penseurs comme les chinois. Alors sur le plan de la pensée et de la mentalité, les Français ont toujours considéré la Chine comme un pays très très fascinant. Dans une époque, des penseurs français comme Voltaire et Diderot ont loué chaleureusement la civilisation et la prospérité de la Chine. Les Chinois ont aussi un grand intérêt à la civilisation française. Aux yeux des Chinois, la France est d'abord un grand pays sur le plan culturel. Du fait que la littérature et la peinture françaises ont été largement présentées à la Chine et les Chinois prennent en haute considération la pensée et la culture françaises.

Il y avait une époque quand le premier dictionnaire de la langue chinoise pour les occidentaux est né, ce n’était pas un dictionnaire chinois—anglais, mais c’était un dictionnaire du chinois au français, grâce à la richesse de la culture française, à cause de la profonde connaissance entre les deux civilisations autant magnifiques. C’est fantastique que les français aient été le premier peuple occidental qui nous a compris.

Pour finir, on va apprécier un poème chinois traduis en français, on pourra retrouver la peinture chinoise et toutes les pensées chinoise dans ce poème, alors qu’un poème français ne peux jamais être écrit d’une même manière.

Commençons-nous apprécier un peu des arts bretons qui sont vraiment partout ici en Bretagne, qui comportent également des idées d’ingénieries de temps en temps.

Voici le « Conflit Nord-Sud ». Il s’agit d’un dessin dont l’inspiration humaniste est significativement forte.

Globalement, ce dessin nous expose deux hommes à deux niveaux. Si l’homme au-dessus représente le Nord, l’homme au-dessous symbolise donc le Sud. La différence économique entre les riches du Nord et les pauvres du Sud dans notre planète n’a jamais diminuée. Si le gros homme au-dessus est un bourreau capitaliste des pays européens et nord-américains, l’homme maigre au-dessous est aussi un bourreau. Mais effectivement, c’est un bourreau de travail des pays du Tiers Monde.

Comment comprenons-nous ce dessin plus profondément? Il va falloir bien connaître la méthode de l’artiste. L’utilisation d’un symbole de pourcentage est très ingénieuse parce que c’est ici où l’objectif de la comparaison entre le Nord et le Sud s’exprime très clairement. D’une part, l’exploiteur capitaliste à long poil est couché confortablement sur le dos du pauvre ouvrier. D’autre part, ce sont les larges mains de l’homme de couleur au-dessous qui supportent le capitaliste blanc. Par ailleurs, l’artiste exprime son sentiment de rage par le remplacement des têtes humaines par des zéros. C’est-à-dire que bien que le monde ne soit pas juste, tous les riches et les pauvres sont quand même nuls (zéros). Eventuellement il faudrait ajouter de l’intelligence révolutionnaire pour la résolution du conflit Nord-Sud.

De toute façon, le dessinateur nous montre que le conflit Nord-Sud n’est pas qu’un conflit de l’économie, mais aussi un conflit de la moralité, un conflit de l’humanité.

清晨不洗脸就上课去了，来不及啊！忙啊！但是后悔刷过了牙，刮过了胡子，搞过了头发----因为在早晨明媚的阳光下，头皮屑下雪的人，胡子长过腋毛的的人个个都是好艺术家。

早上上课时印象最深的就是有个低级趣味小笑话，光头男惊奇地大叫: "甚至中国人也笑了!" 于是厚德载物的我和人品极好的温家宝相视不笑，不禁感叹0.5秒不分国界。

下午睡觉梦见外公，这小孩子从日本人血淋淋的刀下逃生，组织革命，南征北战，后来生活稳定，遇到了外婆。血腥，惊险，辉煌算得了什么？他那一句 "终于有媳妇了!" 像一股甜蜜流涌到我七窍，让我大哭起来。倏地醒来, 果然满眼泪花。拍床惊呼:这下可牛B大了! 我以前可是死人了都没落半滴泪！

去打印东西时碰见实验室里真正的艺术家，淡了一会儿。两人都很有斗志，都是光宗耀祖流芳百世的活宝啊！~

晚上在吃大盘鸡拌面时想，张笑是个多么好的人啊，人帅不说，还是我老乡。又一想，我的同学们都很牛B啊, 这是从巴黎回来后的最大心得。

夜里，伏案苦读，稀里哗啦地翻书，劈里啪啦地下雨！Bob Dylan突然在多年后跳出来用十分诡异的声音(像北邮学生组装的劣质收音机里传出的声音)唱道: 男人要走多少路？答案见风里！哈哈哈！多无稽！

从神一般的Kris那里神不知鬼不觉地连锁发现很多有趣的现象: 比如一位北京小妞到江南见她妈，要弄死多少无辜的江南生物啊！朕以为不是豪放惹的祸，是那些生物窝囊废！以后去鲁迅故居长满苔藓的小城里也溜达几天，搞死SB不偿命。我上世纪那篇《救救蜗牛》的大作原来是一种让他们自卑到自杀的精神武器，又体现了我的人道！哇咔咔咔！

最后在零点感慨这一天:

我活得多认真啊!

我就指着认真活了。

认真多好啊！

认真才能甜蜜。

那个曾告诉我棒棒糖用法语怎么说的孩子刚刚睡着了。我总觉得丫嘴里还含着棒棒糖，很怜爱地想去拍两下丫可爱的胖头，擦擦丫流到枕上的口水。

继续为了日出而奋斗。这逼疯(四声)了。

明早看满树樱花时，不可遗忘今晚被掩埋在樱花树下那倔强创新自强自信充满幸福的灵魂。

BUPT Touch

Many people ask me: what on earth do you think you have gained in BUPT during these 4 years? The information technologies? The qualities of telecom engineering?

Interestingly, they are not the most important.

There's one significant thing that no Bupters can shrug off easily, be it seen as negative or positive, be it considered a pride or a shame, as is embedded in our nervous system:

The BUPT Touch.

With this touch, we are either sensitive to the buttons on the digital portables and electronic devices, or capable to smell or see through the magnetic waves. Well, some of us get sick, some get high.

But we have been already stamped on, be it a nightmare as "Made in BUPT" or a selling point as "BUPT Inside".

Je me promène dans les rues de Pékin pour réaliser que les grandes métropoles chinoise vivent au rythme des télécommunications modernes: partout s'étalent et rivalisent, sur toutes sortes de supports publicitaires, les annonces des équipementiers et opérateurs téléphoniques. S'agissant des opérateurs de Pékin, ils sont exclusivement les paradis avec la caractéristique de «BUPT Inside»: China Mobile, Netcom et Unicom se taillent la part du lion. Côté équipementiers, l'offre est plus diverse: les grands fournisseurs internationaux de combines portables--Nokia, Motorola et Ericsson--de même que les grands équipementiers internationaux--AT&T, Lucent et autre Alcatel--sont tous présents et voisinent avec des BUPTeurs dont la notoriété dépasse aujourd’hui le seul marché chinois—Huawei Technologies et Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipement, pour ne citer que les deux plus grands équipementiers chinois, ou Konka et Kejian pour la fabrication de téléphone portable.

S’agissant de l’économie chinoise en général, et des services de télécommunication en particulier, les BUPTeurs ont provoqué un regain d’enthousiasme pour le plus grand marché de la planète. Plus encore, suivant un cycle bien connu, les errements de la veille se sont brusquement effaces pour laisser place à ce que d’aucuns ont appelé péjorativement le « rêve chinois », pour ne pas dire le fantasme chinois, pour qualifier l’engouement excessif des grandes sociétés étrangères pour ce marché. A la lecture des récents développements, nous sommes de l’avis que ce rêve est déjà une réalité dans le secteur des télécommunications, le domaine des BUPTeurs.

Vive le BUPT, Vive la TELECOM.

身份资料文件袋染上炭疽，给所经过之处，带来毁灭性灾难，业已成为恐怖分子。和两位中东人一起被列入紧急黑名单，昭告天下。

热烈祝贺赵厚麟担任国际电信联盟(ITU)副秘书长

2006年11月10日，在土耳其召开的国际电信联盟(ITU)全权代表大会上，北京邮电大学兼职教授赵厚麟以绝对优势，当选为下一届国际电信联盟副秘书长。这是国际电信联盟成立一百四十多年以来，迄今为止中国人在国际电信组织担任的最高职务。

赵厚麟之前在国际电信联盟标准化局局长任上，为国际电信标准化和中国电信标准做出大量卓有成效的工作，此番当选国际电信联盟副秘书长，无疑为中国更好地融入世界电信通信领域创造了契机。

与赵局长的接触并非在北邮校园的学习中，而是在电信产业里。在中国网通做毕设(2006年1月到6月)的日子里，我曾负责中国通信标准化协会(CCSA)中的工作，那时就开始了解到赵局长曾多次协商全球各大运营商和设备制造商，协同信息产业部电信研究院，为通信标准的一次又一次更新做出了很多贡献。然而赵局长对我最重要的一次影响是2006上半年在中国电信总部参加国际电信联盟标准化(ITU-T)(SG2和SG11)的中国内部预备会议前。当时他在日内瓦，我们与他交流过关于中国电信已经参与的SG11 8项文稿中，SG11 Q2 Q.user-data与SG11 Q3 Q.Sup-req还未成型的问题(主要是Enum和国际号码资源问题，跟我以前在Brest和Tina做的exposé: ESPACE D’IDENTIFIANT是一个范畴)。赵局长在具体问题上支持中国全局(并非某个或某几个集团)的立场，让我有所感触。如果我把在CCSA中IP与多媒体(TC1)与网络安全组（TC8）的标准化工作看作和通信专家们的纯技术研讨，那么ITU-T的工作就像我在2004年10月参加的模拟联合国(Model United Nations)一样更加带有思辨性和政治趣味性，同时是在一种在对通信的整体深入把握上进行的高效的技术活动，无疑对我的职业规划画上了极有意义的一笔。

翻了一下我硬盘里以前的文件夹，有幸找到了我当时的一些会议记录，还有在研究过中国电信同事制定的稿子基础上，给赵局长和通信行业各位代表介绍情况时用的会议发言。于今天来看，我觉得离开了中国，就像退出了产业，成了局外人。不管是什么原因，不论是不再用行业的语气来说话，还是不再有继续关注SG11 Q2 Q.user-data与SG11 Q3 Q.Sup-req的心态，这都是一种损失。愚钝也罢，冷漠也罢，于情于理是应该跟各位好同事写一封信了。这产业无疑是一个充满信仰的搏击俱乐部，每次和张震博士一起认真嗜食三文鱼都是在励志，浓烈的技术气息和绿色的芥末酱掺杂在一起，让一桌北邮校友亢奋，在接下来下午的会议中继续大胆创新迅速地改变中国通信格局。

Quimper, ville d'art et d'histoire:

Située sur la rivière de l'Odet, au fond d'une ria d'une vingtaine de kilomètres, Quimper a toujours été un site abrité et un lieu de passage. Dès la conquête romaine, s'implante au bord de L'Odet, un peu en aval du site actuel de la ville, un petit centre urbanisé autour d'un port ouvert jusqu'au monde méditerranéen. Cette activité deviendra une des constantes de la ville jusqu'au milieu du vingtième siècle.

Un peu plus tard, les immigrants bretons privilégient un autre centre pour leur implantation, en amont au niveau du confluent (en breton : Kemper). Le choix de Quimper comme siège épiscopal favorise le développement de la ville déjà lieu de résidence du puissant Comte de Cornouaille. Dès le 13éme siècle, la construction de la cathédrale et la ceinture de remparts structurent la ville. Le chantier de la cathédrale Saint-Corentin s'étend sur plusieurs siècles pour en faire un des édifices majeurs de l'art gothique en Bretagne.

Au 16ème siècle, après le rattachement de la Bretagne à la France, l'arrivée d'une administration royale se traduit par la construction d'hôtels particuliers complétés au siècle suivant par de nombreux couvents liés à la Réforme catholique. La ville reste cependant une ville de marchands et d'armateurs qui construisent de sobres maisons en pans de bois ou en pierre.

On bosse chaque jour pour un nouveau progrès, et chaque jour la vie nous donne plein de peine. On est curieux de savoir la destination finale vers laquelle on marchera quand on deviendra vieux, La vieillesse nous permet d’explorer plus profondément la relation entre nos propres expériences et notre but de vie. La fin de vie, est-ce que ce serait un succès touchant ou alors ce serait une terminaison de progrès? C’est un choix de notre propre mentalité. C’est-à-dire que la vie n’a aucune signification lors de l’arrêt de pensée, y compris la mort et toutes les têtes non cultivées.

Il s’agit d'un film You and me, de Ma Liwen. Née à Jiangxi en 1971, la réalisatrice s’inspire de son propre vécu et démontre qu’il n’est pas nécessaire de recourir à des effets spéciaux pour donner naissance à un bon film. Xiao Ma, une étudiante provinciale débarque à Pékin en plein hiver et loue à bon marché une chambre à une grand-mère avide, âgée de 90 ans. Située dans la cour de la maison traditionnelle de la vielle, la chambre se trouve dans un piteux état, sans gaz, sans électricité ni eau courante.

Pour la rendre habitable, Xiao Ma, débrouillarde, effectue des va-et-vient sous l’œil attentif de la grand-mère. La caméra suit les allers et retours de la jeune fille. Ses déplacements rapides donnent du rythme au film et apportent un peu de vie extérieure et de chaleur humaine à la cour intérieure de cette modeste maison où tout semble figé depuis des décennies. La vieille femme vit seule. Au départ, elle considère Xiao Ma comme une nuisance. Mais elle se voit obligée de la tolérer car elle représente une source de revenus. Avec l’arrivée du printemps, leurs relations changent. De caractère opposé, les deux femmes se rapprochent et s’apprécient mutuellement au gré des saisons. Film intimiste, You and me étudie les relations entre des femmes de générations différentes et met en lumière la solitude des personnes âgées dans un monde en mutation rapide.
